How do I return an item?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our beauty or body products.

We do however offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Eco Minerals foundations - so you can be sure to get your right shade!

You can return your Eco Minerals foundation within 30 days and we will give you your money back.

What you need to do:

• Contact us and tell us why you want to return your product.
• Check that your product is in a good condition to return to us (partially used is ok).
• Tell us in your email whether you would like a credit or to swap a product.
• We will check your details so that we can offer you a refund or confirm your product swap.
